When is a deep clean useful?

A deep clean can address detail work beyond a regular checklist, including reachable ledges, edges, fixtures and restroom buildup. MEI Commercial Cleaning Services LLC first identifies the problem areas and surface materials, then writes a project scope that can support a future maintenance schedule.

What is separate from deep cleaning?

Carpet extraction, stripping and waxing, high-access work and other specialty tasks must be specifically listed. Cleaning does not repair damaged flooring, failed grout or coatings. Hazardous-material remediation is outside ordinary cleaning.

How do you prepare the space?

Confirm water and electricity, clear agreed work areas and secure valuables, documents and stock. Tell the team what may be moved, what must remain untouched and when occupants will return.

How can we work with a budget?

Share your priorities and a budget range when requesting an assessment. We can discuss phasing the work or focusing the scope on the highest-priority areas. The proposal confirms the included tasks and final price before service.
